Businesses placing orders represent that the individual acting on their behalf has the authority to bind the organization.

Westminster Petroleum may offer LPG cylinders, bulk LPG supply, petroleum products, energy solutions, industrial fuel services, delivery services, and online account management.

Availability of products and services may vary by location and operational capacity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

04. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order, limit quantities, refuse service, cancel transactions suspected of fraud, or restrict service availability in certain locations.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed only when Westminster Petroleum confirms and processes the order.

05. Pricing

The LPG market is highly volatile. Therefore, prices displayed on our website or communicated through our sales channels are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may vary based on product type, delivery location, market conditions, government regulations, taxes, duties, and levies. In the event of a pricing error, Westminster Petroleum reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order.

06. Payments

We may accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, JazzCash, bank transfers, authorized payment gateways, or other approved payment methods.

By making a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Westminster Petroleum does not store complete card details, CVV numbers, PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment authorization fails or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

07. Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, operational requirements, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information, safe access to delivery locations, and the availability of an authorized recipient at the delivery site. Westminster Petroleum shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

08. LPG and Petroleum Safety

Customers must comply with all applicable safety instructions, operating guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Customers agree to:

• Use products only for their intended purposes.
• Follow Westminster Petroleum safety guidelines.
• Maintain equipment in safe operating condition.
• Allow inspections where required by law or contract.
• Report leaks, damage, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Improper use of LPG or petroleum products may result in serious injury, property damage, or legal liability.

09. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of LPG, petroleum products, and related services, returns and refunds may be subject to specific operational, safety, and regulatory requirements. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted where payment was processed in error, the product was not delivered, the service could not be fulfilled, or applicable laws require a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

10. Customer Accounts

Where account registration is available, users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting passwords, updating account information, and reporting unauthorized access immediately. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and digital platforms, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and product information, is owned by or licensed to Westminster Petroleum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not violate applicable laws, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, engage in fraudulent activities, misuse products or services, upload malicious software, or infringe intellectual property rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westminster Petroleum shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability arising from any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Westminster Petroleum, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of products or services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or negligence/unsafe handling of LPG or petroleum products.

15. Force Majeure

Westminster Petroleum shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or utility/telecommunications failures.

16. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, if required by law, or if continued service presents operational or safety risks. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
